As my friends will tell you, I'm addicted to my work at HairBoutique.com. They will also tell you not to feel sorry for me when I work 24/7, because I absolutely adore my time answering AskKaren emails, writing hair and beauty articles, interviewing celebrity hairdressers or chatting with beauty editors on the phone. I'm totally in heaven most of the time. Of course there is a downside to all the work disguised as merriment. I tend to channel SuperWoman inappropriately and skimp on enough sleep, regular exercise or super healthy eating.
Yes, I know. I preach eating a good diet for creating luscious long locks. And I do practice what I preach by religiously taking HairTopia hair vitamins and supplementing with additional essential fatty acids (EFAs), cell salts and an array of herbs. I also avoid as many bad-for-you-foods as possible. Heck, I even gave up my last vice - Starbucks, almost one year ago. Yeah OK. I also don't smoke and avoid alcohol, although this is also challenging because I live in one of the beer capitols of the world.

Truth be told I would much rather eat with one hand while I type on my keyboard with the other. Not only is this terrible for the longevity of my keyboard, it is not positive behavior for maintaining my below-the-waist hair.
Recently I had the fabulous opportunity to interview Dr. Aaron Tabor, CEO and founder of Revival Soy products.
