Steven Tyler May Judge Great Lengths USA Challenge

According to RTT News Steven Tyler has reportedly signed on as a judge for the second annual Great Lengths USA Challenge, in which hair stylists show off their best work using Great Lengths brand hair extensions.

The Aerosmith singer is known for his audacious looks and, according to the company, that makes him a perfect judge for the contest.

"Steven has probably had more celebrity influence over hair in recent years than anyone since Jennifer Aniston," said Great Lengths' Brett Butcher.

"Steven understands the importance of hair and how it relates to image. He has access to the very best of everything, and we are honored that he chooses Great Lengths."

The contest will take place on November 30 and the winning stylist will take home $10,000.

Tyler is never far from the headlines.  He recently made news for falling.

In addition to his second judging gig, Tyler has also made headlines this week while catching a few rays with his currently girlfriend Erin Brady in Hawaii. Photogs snapped the pair smooching and lounging on the beach along with Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer.
