America Ferrera In The Buff At Golden Globes

Nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her starring role in Ugly Betty, America Ferrera was anything but golden, but in a totally good way.

Her custom gown was designed by Oscar de la Renta and featured one off-the-shoulder style neckline.  She wore Fred Leighton jewels and stunning Jimmy Choo heels.  America was the vision of a modern, monochromatic look which was completed with an ultra subtle mani/pedi.

Green Celebrity manicurist Jenna Hipp used vegan eco-luxury brand SpaRitual’s In the Buff on her tips and Country Club Khaki from ORLY on her toes to achieve a perfectly coordinated mani/pedi that let her natural beauty shine through.

America's Red Carpet make-up was custom created for her and applied by renowned celebrity make-up artist Linda Hay who used Jouer's Age Repairing Brightener on the actress' gorgeous skin.

Linda also applied Jouer’s Lip and Cheek Tint in Amaryllis, a sheer warm read which blended in to compliment America’s skin tone.  The make-up artist also applied three coats of Dior Blackout Mascara to America's eyes, making them pop.

Her glossy black ebony hued hair was beautifully swept up and off her face cascading off a off-center part.

America's crown area in the back was amped up for sassy volume.  The back of her hair was swept into a slightly tossled chignon bun which allowed total focus to be directed on the gorgeous sash of her couture gown.
