Modern Hollywood red carpet glamour has long been the pinnacle of beauty.

Hair on the red carpet provides a starlight hair collection.

With FHI Heat Tools, the look of sophisticated, indomitable sexiness is within reach of any hair texture or style.

No vacant-eyed, empty personality; only dramatic presence and empowered style.

Hair Artist Shauky Gulamani

In the past, Hair Artist Shauky Gulamani created a repertoire of seduction and romance by drawing inspiration from the Hollywood Red Carpet and Fashion.

He called his collection The Starlette Collection.

While I agree the hair Shauky created is perfectly titled The Starlette Collection, I felt Starlight is also an appropriate name because of the brilliant shine the hair showcases.

Evolution Of Textures With No Boundaries

Shauky's collection reflects the evolution of textures with no boundaries.

His FHI Heat Styling Tools allow the hair to take any shape through the expression of true beauty, healthy heat, shine and movement.

Note:  I agree.  I own FHI styling tools, which I purchased myself (no paid advertising here) and love when I heat style hair (mine or others).

According to Shauky Gulamani, “Hair is the everlasting expression of the artist along with the tools used to sculpt sleek smoothness, voluptuous waves or textured curls.”

This collection consists of 3 sleek, smooth looks with slight curvature to the hair on some of the styles.

#1 - Long Red Hair

This look was achieved by first shampooing the hair with FHI Heat Rapid Effects Accelerating Hydration Shampoo and Conditioning Balm.

These products help dry the hair up to 50% faster.

After professionally sectioning the hair for drying, Shauky blow dried with the FHI Heat Nano Salon Pro 2000.

He took each division and smoothed the hair straight with a medium round brush.

When completely dry, he re-sectioned the hair for styling using the FHI Heat 1 ¾” PLATFORM Tourmaline Ceramic Professional Hairstyling Iron.  This created one-pass sleek smoothness while leaving the end straight.

#2 - Long Blonde Hair

After shampooing and conditioning, Shauky styled the hair using the FHI Heat Nano Weight Pro 1900 Turbo Tourmaline Ceramic Hair Dryer and a medium round brush.

When hair was completely dry he re-sectioned the hair for styling using the FHI Heat 1″ PLATFORM Tourmaline Ceramic Hairstyling Iron.

His goal? To create a soft beveled inverted look for fullness. After the style was complete, Shauky applied FHI Heat Hair Veil Light Blonde Powder Hair Filler to the part area to make the hairstyle appear fuller, richer and thicker hair.

#3 - African American Hair

After sectioning the hair for drying, Shauky applied FHI Heat Rapid Effects Accelerating Thermal Styling Spray evenly.

He blow dried with the FHI Heat PLATFORM PLUS Vortex Ionic Tourmaline Ceramic Hair Dryer.

Shauky took each division and used a medium round brush to smooth the hair straight.

When completely dry, he re-sectioned the hair for styling using the FHI Heat RUNWAY Pure Ceramic Hair Styling Iron.

This created one-pass sleek smoothness while curving the ends for a subtle wave texture.

He finished the style with FHI Heat Rapid Effects Accelerating Instant Shine Spray.

Daily Hair Tip
To protect against potential heat damage to your hair, always use a blow drier on the coolest setting and make sure to apply a good leave in conditioner that will protect the hair shaft from the dryer.
