Hair Fall Oils

Hair Fall Oils Aura Cacia Sweet Basil Essential Oil

Regardless of the cause, when scalp hair starts to shed or flake, it can be terrifying.

Several hair fall oil treatments can potentially help to slow down hair shedding.

In some cases, it might completely halt it. In other instances, excellent hair fall oils will minimize any strands which are lost.

Hair Fall Oils

When utilizing the hair fall oils formula, always make sure to check whether the essential oils (EO) can be used directly on the scalp or not.

Most essential oils are too strong to be used neat or direct from the bottle. Essential oils utilized in remedies require being mixed into a base or carrier oil.

Depending upon your hair type, texture, follicle shape (straight, wavy, curly, or coily), and current condition, the type of carrier oil you utilize as the base may vary from a light jojoba oil to a heavier extra virgin olive (EVOO) or hydrating coconut.

How To Apply Essential Oils To Scalp

Listed below are steps on how to apply the essential oils to the scalp.

1. Always apply the oil to bone-dry hair since damp hair may dilute oils and redirect it away from the scalp.

2. Oils should be massaged into your scalp with the pads of your fingertips.

3. Be careful to avoid making contact with sharp fingernails, which can leave minor cuts and/or tears in the scalp.

4. Oil should be applied directly to the scalp or by dropping it on the scalp with a dropper.

Summary Hair Fall Oils

When utilizing essential oils, be sure to follow all instructions and precautions. Never use a hair oil neat. Always dilute appropriately with the proper carrier oils.

Essential Oil Dilution Notes

Most aromatherapy experts suggest that for every 3-4 drops of essential oil used for an adult, it's mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of carrier oil. For every 6-8 drops of essential oil, it should be combined with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or 30-40 drops of essential oil to 1 ounce of carrier oil.

For babies and children, the basic dilution recipe should be 1/2 to 1/3 of the amount given to adults. This equates to 1-2 drops of essential oil diluted in ½ tsp. of carrier oil, 2-3 drops of essential oil diluted in 1 tsp. of carrier oil or 15 drops of essential oil to 1 oz. of carrier oil.
