Hair Models Wanted In Dallas, Texas

A talented young hairdresser working to build his business at an upscale full service salon in Highland Park (near Mockingbird Station) has openings for female hair models who have shoulder length or longer hair.  Straight to slightly wavy texture is desired.

Please note due to the requirement for layering natural curls may not be a proper fit for this assignment.  Overly processed hair also may not be a compatible match for this hair assignment.

The hair model must agree to have their hair cut into round layers. At least one inch of hair will be cut from the model's current length.  In some cases more hair may need to be cut due to the location of the layers throughout the scalp.

There is no charge for the haircut which also includes a complimentary shampoo, scalp massage, blow dry and style.  In some situations styling will include use of hot tools (straight and/or curling irons).

If you would like to supplement your newly layered hairstyle with partial or full lowlights and/or highlights a small chemical fee may be applied.  Please ask for additional details when applying.

To be considered for this great opportunity to have a new layered hairstyle custom created for you at no charge, please send the following information:

1.  Current hair length - please describe in as much detail as possible where the hair fails in comparison to the jaw, shoulder or middle of the back.

2.  Recent photo showing your hair as clearly as possible.  Showing hair from multiple angles is desired but not required.

3.  Please specify if your hair has been chemically treated in the last 12 months.  Include details such as whether it was colored, chemically straightened or highlighted/lowlighted.  Please include as many details as possible to guarantee a successful hairstyling session is accomplished.

4.  A pre/post haircut photo may be required.  A model release will be necessary to sign.

Daily Hair Tip
To protect against potential heat damage to your hair, always use a blow drier on the coolest setting and make sure to apply a good leave in conditioner that will protect the hair shaft from the dryer.
