In the midst of the longest recession period since the Second World War, our president has created a stimulus package to jump-start our wounded economy.

Following this trend, Chef Kent Rathbun, Texas's own culinary "Commander-In-Chief" strives to keep spirits high (and bellies full) during these difficult times of layoffs and budget cuts with the implementation of "Big Daddy's Stimulus Package."
