Sarah is taking meetings with CBS and NBC Universal.  Insiders are saying Sarah's goal is to bring a "planet-Earth" type of reality show to Alaska.

Many insiders hope Sarah Palin is not successful in her attempts to bring reality TV to Alaska.  Critics question where the necessary drama will be in a reality show about Alaska.  Now if Sarah wanted to do a show about the drama in her daughter Bristol's life, that might be more interesting.

Of course the proof of the pudding for reality TV is always in the ratings.  If a show sucks, no one will watch it.   I guess that's the big question.  Would a reality TV about Alaska be interesting enough to win the ratings?  Hard to say.
