Hairdresser Philip Pelusi - His Hair Says It All About His Committment To The Biz

I have been acquainted with Philip Pelusi® since 2005.  During that time I have watched as he has expanded the number of Philip Pelusi® Salons to 14 (in 2005) and more as the years have progressed. I also watched as he opened his amazing location in New York.

Also I watched the creation and development of Pelusi Concept Salons and Salon Direct accounts throughout the country.

The Philip Pelusi® line of professional products, with the latest nano-technologies, has been changing the complexion of the industry for years.

Since it inception, the Philip Pelusi® line of products has been generating a frisson among beauty editors across the North America and Europe. We know that we have created the most unique line of products available anywhere.

In addition Philip Pelusi and his company have spent thousands of dollars on advertising and have been the darlings of many of the beauty, hair and fashion publications throughout the years. The various magazine editors believe in the Philip Pelusi® line of product enough to inform their readership.

A brief sampling of publications who have featured Philip Pelusi® products and tout the fact that Philip and his amazing team of hair and beauty experts provide the technology and treatments that are truly a cut above the rest include the following impressive list

Marie Claire, Oprah, Cosmo, Self, Shape, Natural Health, Health, Ladies Home Journal, Launchpad, Salon Today, Peluquerias, Beautyline, Family Circle, InStyle, GL, WWD BeautyBiz, Today's Black Woman, Jane, Girl's Guide to NYC Nightlife, Dallas Magazine.com, Good Housekeeping, Lifetime, Teen People, WWD, Shortcuts, 101 Hairstyles, Redbook, Dayspa, Salon Plus, Sophisticates Hairstyle Guide, Seventeen, Cosmetics and Toiletries, Modern Bride, Salon Operator, Fitness, Modern Salon, First for Women, Hair Color and Design, Black Hair, American Salon, Latina, Process, Wall Street Journal.com, Pittsburgh Tribune Review, Toronto Sun, Dayton Daily News, New York Post, Pittsburgh Business Times, Dan's Paper, Newsday.

Of course I have been writing about Philip at HairBoutique.com, 101 Celebrity Hairstyles, Hairboutique.com Blog and Short Cuts Magazine, his products and his work non-stop since 2005 when I had a brief phone chat with Philip and got to know more about his products.

Although I have spotted Philip at various hair related events - most recently at Cosmoprof 2009 in Las Vegas - I have never had the honor to meet him in person.

One thing I can promise you about Philip besides the fact he has dedicated his life to his craft and to helping hair consumers is that fact he has the most amazing head of glorious wavy hair. I actually caught myself staring in awe at the stunning waves which perfectly frame his head and is an amazing color of white, silver and grey.

I spotted Philip being interviewed on a couch in the press room when I was attending Comsoprof with Hairboutique.com's Edan Kencayd. Without being rude I pointed Philip out to Edan and said "doesn't he have the most amazing hair you have seen on a man?" She agreed with me.

Later I mentioned to someone in New York who met with Philip personally over the years for various hair stories. She confirmed his hair "always looks glorious" and too bad I didn't see it when it was "longer".

Philip's amazing hair is a testament to the commitment he has shown to developing amazing products.
