Tips

If the hair is natural, bleaching hair prior to colouring with Fudge Paintbox will be necessary to allow colour to penetrate effectively and for a colour result to be achieved.

16 Fudge Paintbox shades (cherry bomb, red corvette, pretty flamingo, raspberry beret, strawberry fields, hot chili, orange crush, blueberry hill, purple haze, blue velvet, blue hawaii, mr greenjeans, lime spyder, black is black, yellow submarine, a whiter shade of pale) can be used on their own, or mixed together to create your own personal shade.

When using Fudge Paintbox blue shades, make sure there is very little yellow in the hair, as blue and yellow make green.

Fudge Paintbox Semi-Permanent Hair Colour

Being a semi-permanent hair colour, Fudge Paintbox is designed to shampoo out of the hair, lasting anywhere from 5-40 shampoos, depending upon the condition of the hair.

If the hair has uneven porosity such as old perm on the ends, or sun-bleach ends, the colour result, will be more vivid and will last longer on the lighter, more porous (dry) areas of the hair.

To avoid uneven results, pre-lighten hair prior to apply Fudge Paintbox.

A Whiter Shade Of Pale Is Paintbox Party Mixer & Toner

To create the Whiter Shade of Pale Party Mixer combine 3/4 tube of Fudge Whiter Shade Of Pail with 1/4 tube of desired Paintbox colour to create a pastel shade.

Pastel shades can only be applied to very blonde hair.

To determine whether an allergy or hypersensitivity exists, a preliminary patch test should be performed.  The following test should be made 24 hours before each application.

1.  Using soap and water, wash an area almonst 1 inche (2.5cm) in diameter on the inside of the elbow or behind the the ear, touching the hairline.  Pat dry with cotton wool.

2.  Apply a small quantity of Fudge Paintbox to the test area using an absorbent cotton tipped applicator.

3.  Allow the area to dry.  Do not cover or disturb for 24 hours.
