Kate Winslet Shows Off Darker Blonde Hairstyle - Did She Cut It Or Not?

Kate Winslet was out on the Red Carpet tonight (Monday, March 21)  for the premiere of her newly highly anticipated HBO miniseries Mildred Pierce.

The premiere was at the famous Ziegfeld Theatre in NYC.

Wearing a gorgeous figure hugging Stella McCartney dress, Kate showcased a hairstyle which appears to be short.  But is it really?

Her tresses are still blonde, but more of a honey hue than the platinum she showcased for her recently British Vogue cover.

The 35 year old actress looked stunning with what appears to be either a new short cut or an updo styled close to her head to look like a short do.

The top of the hairstyle is  finger raked with the longer strands directed towards the back of her head.  The big question, did Kate really get her hair cut or has she just been styling it so it looks like she did?  What do you think?  From these photos it's hard to tell for sure.

Kate who is busy promoting the new HBO miniseries attended the premiere with co-star Guy Pearce.
