French Twiggy High Fashion Hairstyles Emerge At 2011 Yves Saint Laurent Show

Rounding the corner into the last few days of Fall/Winter 2011 Fashion Week, Guido, Redken Creative Consultant wrapped another day yesterday of high fashion hair in Paris at the Yves Saint Laurent show.

Find out all about the trends he created backstage and how to re-create the looks below!

The look at Yves Saint Laurent was slightly boyish with hair pulled into a low knot with a strong sideburn statement.

“This style is a bit boyish, which is what we’ve seen a lot of this season. The look is inspired by a ‘French Twiggy,’ slightly tomboyish and very cool. The left sideburn is key to the look.” –Guido, Redken Creative Consultant

Daily Hair Tip
Choose hair care products to suit your specific hair type. Be willing to try several brands until you find a hair care product line that makes your hair look and feel fabulous. Recognize that all hair care products don't always work well on all hair types.
