Vitamin F is also known as Flaxseed Oil. This ingredient is a rich source of essential fatty acids. It iss used for skin soothing and anti-bacterial purposes. When used in combination with Vitamins A, C and E it produces an effective natural base for cosmetic products that deliver beneficial ingredients. It is sometimes used in the creation of hair care formulas.
