Term: Kenneth Battelle

The late great Kenneth Battelle (April 19, 1927 - May 12, 2013) known as Mr. Kenneth or simply as Kenneth is considered a legendary hairdresser in the hair, beauty and fashion circles. An extensive interview of Kenneth is included in the book - Hair Heroes - by Michael Gordon (Bumble & Bumble). Kenneth is famous for many things in the hair world including some of the famous celebrities whose heads he coiffed. One of his most famous clients was Marilyn Monroe.
