This is a skin condition with symptoms that include inflammation, swelling and itchy rashses that may lead to blisters and weepy scabs. Sometimes eczema will occur at the hairline or near the scalp. Experts believe that eczema can worse due to period of physical and/or emotional stress or when the immune system is depressed. Many forms of eczema are considered to be related to allergies.
