Known as corn sugar gum. Often used as a thickening agent in hair and beauty related products. Used also as a stabilizer and an emulsifier. Not considered to be toxic for use in humans.
Always pack a mini brush, wide toothed pick and comb in your bag to keep your locks in shape. Consider adding elastic ponytail bands, barrettes, mini-hairspray and/or bobby pins for all hair emergencies.
