Hair Vitamins And Amino Acids

Last updated on March 21st, 2015 by Karen Marie Shelton

Hair Vitamins And Amino Acids

Phytophanere are not designed to grow hair faster than is genetically possible.  Each human grows hair according to the genetic code they were born with.  As a result, the average person grows hair at a rate of 1/2″ per month.

It doesn’t matter if your hair is naturally straight, wavy, curly or kinky.  The genetic rule applies across the board.

Some rare humans can actually grow hair 1″ or more per month.  These people are definitely the exception to the rule.

Can Hair Vitamins Make Your Hair Grow Faster?

Can PhytoSpecific Cap’Energy make your hair grow faster than your body is genetically programmed to grow?  No.  If you see advertisements for products that promise to make your hair grow faster view it with skepticism.

Your natural hair growth rhythm may be stalled at some point, but hair vitamins by themselves can not speed up your natural hair growth cycles any faster than your genetics will allow.

Most Rene Furterer will  support and revive dormant hair follicles to help hair return to natural genetic growth speeds, support and help regrow healthier hair, nourish, stimulate and provide essential nutrients to the roots and hair follicles.

What Hair Vitamins Can Do

supplement programs can assist hair, which has completely stalled or stopped in it’s normal growth cycle due to illness, prescription drug side effects, thyroid malfunction, hormonal imbalances, improper nutrition or other hair growth destructive habits.

Those habits might include, but not be limited to, extreme dieting, lack of proper sleep and hydration as well as over consumption of caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, sugar or recreational drugs.

supplement programs can also help to restore health to hair which has been damaged due excessive chemicals (hair color, relaxing, straightening) heat styling (blow frying, hot ironing, electric rollers) and chronic tension from braiding, weaves and a variety of extensions.

Complex Versus Simple Hair Vitamin Systems

There are a variety of Rene Furterer options from many different manufacturers.  However, there are generally three basic types:

1.  Simple hair vitamin systems – The simple formulas usually are focused upon vitamins and minerals and may or may not contain amino acids and/or herbals.

If they do contain amino acids and herbals they may be very limited or in small amounts.

Simple hair vitamins may or may not be taken more than once a day.  The Vitamin Shoppe has a good simple hair vitamin system which is their Skin-Hair-Nails formula.

2.  Complex hair vitamin systems – These are designed to address a myriad of hair growth stalling behaviors.  These complex systems include vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbals. Usually the system consists of multiple capsules or tablets taken throughout the day to flood the body with necessary hair health ingredients.

PhytoSpecific Cap’Energy and H37 are two of the best known and highly recommended complex hair vitamin systems which have been on the market since the late 1990s.  The PhytoSpecific Cap’Energy delivery system is via capsules while H37’s delivery system is a tablet form.

3.  Thinning Hair – Food Supplements – There are a variety of food based supplements such as supplement programs, Phytophanere,  PhytoSpecific Cap’Energy as well as the Rene Furterer VitalFan supplement programs.

These supplement programs often contain fish or marine life based ingredients as well as soybean oil and related ingredients.  Food based supplements do not usually contain vitamins, nutrients or amino acids.

Amino Acids In Hair Vitamins

Amino acids are a chemical group containing nitrogen, carbon, oxygen and hydrogen.  The amino acids form the chief structure of proteins, several of which are essential for human growth, strong healthy hair development and overall complete nutrition.

Unfortunately due to the exhaustion of the earth, humans are no longer able to receive all the vitamins and nutrients necessary to sustain vibrant health as well as healthy scalps and hair.

Some of the most common amino acids contained in the complex hair systems may include, but not be limited to:  L-Alanine, L-Arginine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Cystine, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Glycine, L-Histidine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Proline, L-Serine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine and L-Valine.

Most experts believe that these amino acids offer the best support for developing healthy hair and stimulating naturally occurring growth.

Hair Vitamins Without Amino Acids

Do hair vitamins work without amino acids?  Not necessarily.  Any increase in necessary vitamins and minerals will help stalled or damaged hair to revive.

However, amino acids have been proven to greatly assist in the process of helping hair regenerate and grow to it’s optimal genetically programmed rate.

When it comes to hair vitamins what works for one type of hair challenge may not work for all.

Therefore be sure to consider all the variables when selecting the hair vitamin program which is best for you, your hair challenges, your lifestyle and of course your budget.
