The 21-year-old Rumer has reportedly accepted long time boyfriend Micah Alberti's marriage proposal.  The media reported that Rumer has been spotted shopping for an engagement ring.

A source close to the family has reported they already have gone ring-shopping and are debating where (to get married),' said a source.

According to other reports, the entire Rumer Is Engaged story is just that, rumors.  Whether the lovely Willis daughter is actually engaged or not is unknown.  Hopefully the ultimate truth will soon be revealed.
