Christina Hendricks Of Mad Men Wears Peach Strapless From Project Runway

The red haired beauty from "Mad Men" sashsayed down the red carpet in a Christian Siriano peachy organza strapless gown which was customized for Christina from Chrstian's Spring 2010 fashion collection.

Her vibrant red hair was worn down with a sleek side-swept part and a hint of waves throughout the perimeter of her stunning hair.

Christina has a lot of curves, which is important for her bombshell character on AMC's "Mad Men".  Christian in a former winner with lots of sass from "Project Runway."  What a break for him to dress a major star for a major Red Carpet event.

Christina told Ryan Seacrest that a mutual friend suggested the collaboration with Siriano and made the introduction. She told Ryan "I'm thrilled with the results."

The star's dress was based around the beach, sand and shells of the Amalfi Coast, Siriano said in a statement. He created the collection after plans for a vacation trip to Italy with a large group of friends fell apart. "I couldn't go and I was bummed, so this is based on the way I imagined the Amalfi Coast would be," the designer told StyleList.

Daily Hair Tip
To combat cowlicks apply pomade or setting gel to the spot & blow dry w/ nozzle aimed downwards. Longer hair helps weigh down cowlicks as will tiny barrettes or clips. Pulling hair into a ponytail or braids will tighten down the cowlick. Experiment until you get results.
