Stephen Moyer Shares How He Proposed To Anna Paquin

HBO "True Blood" stars Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin walked the Red Carpet together at the 2010 Golden Globes.

Anna looked gorgeous with her blonde hair parted off-center and sleekly brushed into a nape knot style tight chignon with a few strands falling loosely around her face.  she had on a metallic gold dress which was low cut and had a high shine.  Stephen Moyer looked handsome in his tuxedo.

Ryan Seacrest asked Stephen Moyer "I do want to ask, how you proposed.  Give the guys a lesson on what to do and how it goes."  Stephen said "there's a song called "White Sandy Beach" in Hawaii which is the Hawaiian ukelele plant and he sang the song in one of the episodes we laughed and loved it and we wound up in Hawaii together and that'show it happened."

Ryan asked Anna "did you know it was coming or was it a surprise?"  Anna "a surprise."  Ryan said "well done" to Stephen and he said "romantic eh?" Ryan said "Alan Ball, the creator of your series obviously knew that you guys would have a chemistry on the set.  You have the chemistry on this show.  At what point did you realize that there was more than just set chemistry?"

Stephen pointed to Anna and said "I'll let her answer that."  Anna smiled and said "no comment."  Ryan said "right away or did it take awhile?"  Anna said again "no comment."  Ryan said "was it hate before love?  Or love then hate then love?"  Stephen said "I think....." and then Anna said "you're really persistent and so am I.  I'm very stubborn."

Anna said "I'm not telling ya."  Ryan "well then let me ask about another thing I read.  That you just got a driver's license."  Anna said "yes I did."  Ryan "why did you wait so long?  It seems like you could have gotten it sooner."  Anna said "I was in Europe for nine years after I left home and I didn't need one there.  And then I was here and I was busy and I was working and....."

Ryan "how are you getting around here?"  Anna "people driving me.  And taking taxis."  Stephen said "I'm the taxi."  Ryan said "you're the carpooler.  You're the guy that drives the carpool."  Anna "I have my own personal taxi.  But not I have a license so I don't need to."

Ryan congratulated Anna and Stephen on "everything that's happening for you" now.  The couple joined arms and went in to the Golden Globes.
