Master Hair Colorist Kim Vo - Shear Genius Judge

Introduction

Kim Vo Master Haircolorist Shear Genius Season 3

Bravo/TV All Rights Reserved.

Haircolor Master Kim Vo, in my opinion, is one of the very best reasons to watch Shear Genius Season 3 (SG3). Not only is Kim hilarious with his comments, he is fair and truly a genius with the color brush.

An artist by choice and training, Kim Vo has turned hair into his canvas. Now recognized as a top colorist, he has dedicated himself to painting the perfect color on every head he works on.

Kim is a renowned stylist to celebrities which include Katherine Heigl, Britney Spears, Alicia Silverstone and Kate Hudson to name a few.

Raised in Vietnam, Kim immigrated to the United States at age nine without speaking a word of English.

He began his career in New York. He traveled the world as a master colorist and educator for L'Oreal.

Kim Vo returned to Beverly Hills where he joined the famed Christophe and Prive salons. With his impressive roster of celebrity clients, he own and operates many prestigious namesake salons in Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach, Las Vegas and San Francisco.

An industry leader and educator, Kim continues to pioneer creative color techniques like "American tailoring," hair "dusting," "smudging" and now his latest breakthrough color process "lacing."

He is also very proud of his Kim Vo hair care collection that is a reflection of his French and Vietnamese heritage. The collection, unlike anything on the market today is unique in its blend of rare Asian Botanicals and the very latest in cutting-edge color protection and French nano-technology.

Kim's global awareness has grown through ongoing television roles on television shows including "Extreme Makeover," "Daily 10," TV Guide Channel.

Kim Vo is also actively involved in charity and works with both Locks of Love and City of Hope raising awareness by lending his name to these great causes.
