Introduction

One of the HairBoutique.com's favorite celebrity stylists, Jose Eber, recently gave us some of his quick tips for handling the hot new bangs emerging for Fall 2001.

Hot New Bangs For Fall

If any of you suffer from forehead phobia, Fall's flirty bangs will help alleviate fears.  Softer than in the past, the new bangs are a quick way to update a style, alter a haircut, or conceal a prominent forehead.

To ensure that your bangs are picture perfect, Jose recommends following these tried and true guidelines.

For large features, cut bangs wider for better balance.  For delicate features narrow or wide bangs will work.

Not sold on bangs: longer and tapered or the faded bang, is the way to go.

To style: mist damp bangs with a medium hold hairspray,  and blow smooth with a paddle brush.

Bangs really do look best on straight hair so if you are curly-haired try to make the most of their beautiful waves, unless you are committed to blow-drying every day.

Summary

Jose Eber is a hair industry icon.  His tips on bangs can help you tame yours.
