Natural beauty experts have a little secret.  With the right enzymes, acids, herbs and vitamins anyone can erase wrinkles naturally.

It's true.  Some of the most expensive beauty products in the world used to erase wrinkles are made with ingredients found naturally in the produce aisle of your grocery store.

Years ago my dear friend, Dr. Howard Rosenthal a renowned author, psychologist and natural foods experts told me about the miracle of papaya for keeping my skin soft and wrinkly free.

Erase Wrinkles Naturally With Two Step Killer Program

Dr. Rosenthal had a killer two step killer skin care program designed to erase wrinkles naturally and with minimal expense.

While I adore the Karin Herzog line of skin care products to help keep my skin looking wrinkle free, when I have time to follow Dr. Rosenthal's program my skin looks fantastic.

Dr. Rosenthal's secret two step program to help erase wrinkles naturally requires two key ingredients which are:

1.  All natural honey
2.  Fresh ripe papaya (organic when possible)

The first time Dr. Rosenthal told me to start cleansing my skin with all natural honey I remember wrinkling my nose.

While I love honey on toast, waffles or in tea, I couldn't imagine glop ping it on my face.

Yes, honey like {{asin=B000VK08OC,text=Raw Organic Manuka Honey}} is messy and sticky, but it's amazing as a healing skin cleanser.

Honey is a natural antioxidant, anti-microbial and helps keep skin hydrated.  When the skin is soft and moist it's much harder for wrinkles to form.  Honey naturally keeps the skin looking young and wrinkle free.

Follow the steps below to cleanse with honey:

1.  Use a clean washcloth or cup hands under the faucet and wet face completely with lukewarm water.
2.  Pour a dime sized amount of all natural honey onto your fingertips and massage into your skin.  Make sure to apply honey to the entire face.
3.  After honey has been completely applied and lightly massaged into the skin with the fingertips, rinse completely with lukewarm (never hot) water.
4.  When all the honey has been completely rinsed off finish with a cool/cold water rinse.
5.  Towel blot the skin to remove moisture.
6.  Apply daily sun screen to protect skin from aging UVA/UVB rays.

For stubborn pimples, wrinkles or other skin challenges, apply a thicker layer of honey to problem areas and allow honey to soak into the skin up to 30 minutes.

Note:  If you don't want to go the all natural honey path you can buy products which have a key honey base or component such as {{asin=B000W7QGS6,text=Mario Badescu Mario Badescu Almond & Honey Face Scrub}}

Step Two - Erase Wrinkles Naturally With Papaya Mask

Once or twice a week skip the cool/cold water rinse honey cleansing step and apply a papaya mask.  Why papaya?  This exotic fruit contains the enzyme papain which is often found in commercial skin care products.  Papain is known to soften and revitalize the skin.

Follow the steps below to make a DIY papaya mask

1.  Peel and remove the seed from a ripe papaya.  Be sure the papaya is not unripe since the acids are too strong to apply directly to human skin.  A ripe papaya has the perfect composition.
2.  Using a sharp knife chop the fruit into small pieces and mash the fruit completely.  If you prefer you can use a food processor or blender to puree the papaya until completely mashed.
3.  Apply to clean skin including the neck and hands if you wish.
4.  Relax for 15-25 minutes while the papaya gently exfoliates the layers of dead skin cells.

The mask, which will keep for up to two days when stored in the refrigerator will also soften skin and any existing wrinkles will become less noticeable with each application.

Many people notice they're able to erase wrinkles naturally after several weeks of consistently applying the mask.

5.  Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water, finish with a cool/cold splash and towel blot.  Apply sunscreen before going out into the sun.
