Amanda Bynes (born April 3, 1986) recently received a nod along with John Travolta, Nikki Blonsky and Zac Efron for their Hairspray hairstyles in a list of the 15-unforgettable-big-screen-hairstyles by ChicagoNow.com.
If you saw the film you know Amanda rocked some really big hair. Afterall, the movie was set in the 60s. The What I Like About You star's big hairstyles were the lead-in to a CosmoGirl feature in 2007 in conjunction with the release of the famous musical.
During her chat with CosmoGirl Amanda revealed one of her biggest hair secrets. The natural brunette who often showcases buttery blonde tresses confessed hair accessories are her go-go hair trick.
Amanda said "I like wearing a headband or a jeweled hairclip because it's an easy way to update my everyday look without changing it too much."
CosmoGirl featured a shot of the Hairspray co-star wearing a stunning sequined headband "like a crown" secured with hidden "bobby pins" and nestled over a sexy tousled hairstyle with lots of lush volume and attitude.
The actress who recently created media buzz with the announcement of her retirement from acting on Twitter is also winning lots of attention for her current co-starring role with Emma Stone in the 2010 film, Easy A.
To the relief of her many dedicated fans Amanda reversed her decision to retire from acting just a little more than a month after her original announcement.
