You may believe that hair care products are designed to work for all lengths, types, textures and styles of hair.

In reality, there is a difference in what products are best utilized by short hair versus other lengths.  Styling products designed to work with short bobs, chops, crops, caps or spikes would probably not be appropriate for longer locks.
