Chemical Waves That Destroy Hair Articles & Tips

Revised:  02/04/12

A chemical hair perm is a perm by any name.  Don't be fooled by techniques that claim that they are "the new perm less perms".  It is a proven fact that to alter the natural texture of human hair a chemical must first be applied to break the natural hair bonds in order to reorder the texture.

Whenever hair is chemically treated with a formula strong enough to break the natural hair bonds, the hair will be damaged.  Do not believe otherwise.  There is no such thing as a revolutionary "new" perm treatment of any kind.  Perms use chemicals and chemicals will destroy hair.

If you love waves, you can achieve them naturally.  We will show you how.  Natural waves do not cause as much damage as chemicals.

Save your hair and shun chemical perms forever.

This page is dedicated to educating consumers about why they should throw away chemical perms of all kinds forever to protect their hair.

Scientists Warn That Perms Destroy Special Bonds

"Bad hair days have chemical roots. Protein makes up about 95 percent of a human hair. The rest is fatty molecules, such as lipids, and pigment molecules. Hair scientists note that when procedures such as bleaching or perming change the chemistry of hair, they alter the protein-rich internal structure of the fiber. You can only imagine the damage".
