Hayden Panettiere - Famous Heroes Cheerleader Suffered From Mystery Medical Condition That Rendered Her Bald

As reported in the London Daily Star, the gorgeous blonde 18-year-old actress, singer and model who has become a worldwide superstar playing cheerleader Claire Bennet with superhuman powers in the popular Heroes series has fears of going bald.

Due to a medical condition she suffered from as a young child, the actress reported "she was bald until three". To avoid scaring other children, Hayden reported "my mother had to ties bows around my head".

As a result of the condition, her hair follicles grew more slowly than in other kids her age.

She admitted "she fears she could lose all her hair at any moment due to the original mystery medical condition that could return at any time.  She noted "God, I hope it doesn't come back".

Although celebs Britney Spears and Mena Suvari have both gone bald for various reasons in the recent months, Hayden doesn't think "it would be very flattering" to lose her gorgeous blonde tresses on purpose.

Hayden is famous for her long blonde tresses which we wears in a variety of hairstyles ranging from long and sleek to lots of curls, waves and textures.  Hayden is also fond of wearing her hair in a variety of fetching updos that show off her beautiful eyes.
