Princess of Park Avenue
by
Daniella Brodsky

While you might be surprised to find a book that would fit neatly into 'chic lit' genre reviewed on HairBoutique.com, this book is unique.  Not only has the very talented author, Daniella Brodsky slaved in the hair and beauty free lance writing pits at Cosmo, Self and related magazine, this book is an fictional account of a rags to riches hair colorist who gets plucked from Brooklyn at a L'Oreal color class and expressed to the side of one of New York's color gods.  A fun and fascinating read.  And yes...it really is fiction.
