by Spencer David Kobren

Review Updated 3/20/05

I absolutely loved this paperback book by Spencer David Kobren. This book gives you the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, about hair loss. Every balding person or anyone with hair loss concerns should read this book.

Kobren is a true consumer advocate for hair loss products. He gives you the results of his own extensive research, interviews and reports. Kobren gives you the scoop on Minoxidil from his own personal experiences. He also reveals his own personal quest for stopping his hair loss. Beside using Minoxidil, Kobren has used Propecia which is the original Finasteride drug marketed as Propecia for hair loss use.

Kobren was so serious about combating his own personal hair loss that he would save his lost hair in plastic bags and count them. He also researched natural remedies and will tell you clearly what works and what doesn't work in his opinion. He gives you information on diet, herbs and Chinese remedies and whether they work or not, based on his years of experience and research.

Kobren understands the agony of hair loss better than anyone. He has been around the block with all sorts of products and procedures and tests. This man really knows what he is talking about and he is willing to try and save you from some of the heart attack and pain that many go through trying to relieve hair loss.

This book is worth every penny. Buy it and don't lend it to anyone because you will never see it again. Kobren has created a good work which discusses his theories and experiences.
