Spiritual Beauty Care : Techniques & Practices to Enhance Your Inner & Outer Beauty

Spiritual Beauty Care : Techniques & Practices to Enhance Your Inner & Outer Beauty

by Jacqueline Sinnige

This book is brand spanking new.  I snagged the only copy that the local Barnes & Noble had.  Amazon.com will be stocking it any minute now.

This 150+ page book is wonderful.  I loved all the interesting hair recipes. There is a great Hair Loss recipe that is very easy.  It simply requires you to take 2 spoonfuls of chopped walnut leaves, brew in a cup of hot water for half a minute, strain and massage into your scalp once a day.  I can honestly say that I have never heard of this remedy before and I am going to have one of my friends with hair loss try it out.  There are lots of other great recipes in the book for hair treatments.  Jacqueline has a Miracle hair Treatment with Herbs for Dry or Hard Hair.   She also has a Nettle Wash to promote hair growth.  She has a great hair treatment with essential oils that address greasy hair, dandruff or loss of hair.   She also explains how to detoxify the scalp.

The purpose of this book, besides providing some great beauty and hair care recipes, is to demonstrate the link between inner and outer beauty. Jacqueline sinnige has had a long term interest in natural beauty techniques.  This book shares Jacqueline's own journey of discovery to the perfect balance of inner and outer beauty.   Jacqueline provides wonderful information that is practical and will provide wonderful self nurturing.  The added benefit of this book will be an increased awareness of how to encourage your own natural beauty to its greatest potential.  There is information in the back of the book on eating to promote healthy hair.  The tips are very helpful.

I strongly recommend this book.  I only recommend that you order it from us and save the 20% that I did not save.  I found this book very uplifting and full of new hair information that I did not have.

Enjoy!
