Natural Organic Hair and Skin Care : Including A to Z Guide to Natural and Synthetic Chemicals in Cosmetics

Natural Organic Hair and Skin Care : Including A to Z Guide to Natural and Synthetic Chemicals in Cosmetics

by Aubrey Hampton

Aubrey Hampton is very outspoken in his beliefs about natural hair care. Mr. Hampton is a cosmetic chemist, an herbalist and a publisher. He is well known as one of the few true authorities on natural organic cosmetics for hair and skin care products. He has personally formulated over 100 natural organic hair, skin and body care products which are sold in health food stores through the United States under the name of Aubrey Organics.

As you can imagine Aubrey's book is excellent. I was fascinated by his entire chapter on How To Save Your Hair which included a long explanation on The Hair Growth Cycle and Hair Loss. This great section is followed by a detailed explanation of the structure and chemistry of your hair. I was amazed by all the information that is very carefully and clearly presented.

Any possible questions you have about hair care are answered in this book. I thought I knew a lot about hair care. After reading Aubrey's book, I realized how much I had learned from him.

This is an excellent book that is chock full of great information, remedies and hair care suggestions. Aubrey also talks about skin care and other beauty issues. However, I was so impressed by the hair care information, that I skipped right over skin care to growing hair.

I think you will enjoy this book. If nothing else, it is a fabulous reference book. The A to Z Guide To Natural and Synthetic Chemicals in Cosmetics section offers a lifelong wealth of information.

Enjoy!
