The book includes lots of different natural ingredient recipes for products for healthy hair, skin, eyes, hands, and feet.

I really enjoyed the section on brushing and why gentle is better. The Naturally-nurturing hair treatments were interesting and easy to do. I was a little nervous about the honey hair conditioner, but gave it a whirl and loved the results.

This book inspires you to learn the natural way to enhance your hair. If nothing else, it will encourage you to use some of the leftovers in your refrigerator.

I really enjoyed this book. There is a lot of information related to hair care tucked inside a book chock full of great natural beauty secrets.

I would recommend this book as a great new way to care for your hair.
