When Caitlyn Jenner's, formerly known as Bruce, reported for her historic cover shot for Vanity Fair Magazine she was met by a dream team.

World renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz was on hand to shoot the cover, iconic celebrity hairstylist Oribe created Caitlyn Jenner's hair, makeup master Mark Carrasquillo her face and celebrity manicurist Deborah Lippmann did her nails.

As if being on the cover of Vanity Fair and having a world famous glam squad wasn't enough, VF's Internationally renowned beauty director SunHee Grinnell covered the event.

It's no surprise Caitlyn had a world class glam squad for her Vanity Fair cover.

Variety Magazine revealed Alan Nierfob was the genuis behind the masterful media campaign surrounding Bruce Jenner's public transformation into Caitlyn Jenner.

Nierob, a seasoned showbiz publicist and longtime executive at Rogers & Cowan, carefully orchestrated every aspect of Caitlyn's transition.

According to Vanity Fair Magazine, Nierbo has known about the former Bruce's gender dysphoria condition and kept it confidential for many years.

In a Vanity Fair Behind The Scene at Caitlyn's VF cover shoot prep, Grinnell revealed Oribe's inspiration for Caitlyn's cover hair.

Oribe was quoted as explaining "we looked to (Supermodel) Cindy Crawford's hair for inspiration, which is always glamourous but natural-looking."

Sexy Hair Was Key

Oribe, who consulted with Caitlyn about her hair before the shoot said "I wanted to create a glamorous look that I normally do for any woman, and sexuality was very important in this context."

Indeed, Oribe has been the hair master behind many of the most spectacular magazine cover shoots for many years.

Caitlyn is a 65 year old woman who is now showcasing a head of thick, luscious milk chocolate ombré faded tresses with lots of sexy volume throughout the roots.

During her now-famous two-hour 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer April 24th, the former 65 year old Bruce had much shorter hair than Caitlyn's Vanity Fair cover.  

On 20/20 Bruce's hair was noticeably much thinner throughout the length with significantly less root lift or volume.

Did Caitlyn's Hair Grow Overnight Or Was She Wearing Extensions?

I knew Robert would have his own opinions about how Caitlyn's hair was transformed from the Bruce Jenner's Diane Sawyer Interview hair to the long, lush, volume infused tresses on the VF cover.

Robert told me "Caitlyn probably had fusion hair extensions added to her hair to give it length and volume."

He said "in addition to the extensions, she was most likely wearing a lace front wig."

Robert noted "they probably used a combination of different types of hair to achieve the final result."

Oribe Left A Care Package For Caitlyn's Hair And Extensions

In Vanity Fair Behind The Scene it was revealed Oribe left Caitlyn "with a care package (Oribe Masque, Oribe Shampoo & Conditioner) for maintaining her hair and extensions.

Would Caitlyn still have as much volume, lift and length for everyday events?

It all depends upon whether she will continue to wear a lace front piece along with her extensions, or will go with just the extensions.

Or maybe Caitlyn will shed all the add-on hair and go with her natural hair.
