Three Necessary Tools For Fab Eyelashes

According to celeb makeup artist Brett Freedman, there are 3 necessary tools to fab lashes. Listed below are Brett's list of tools:

1.  A STURDY LASH CURLER

BRETT SAYS: This is huge. I'm shocked by how many women don't take advantage of this eye opening, younger-looking-in-a-snap tool.

Even if your lashes don't need the extra lift a curler can give, I like the crispness that a little nudge will give by just aligning and evening up the lash line.
