Miley Cyrus And Amanda Seyfried Present Best Song Winner At 2010 Oscars

Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin briefly appeared on stage and Alec Baldwin said "you know what movie I love?  I love "The Hangover."  Steve Martin said "oh yes, it's about guys who can't remember what happened to them after a night of binging." Alec Baldwin repeated himself "you know what movie I love?  "The Hangover".

Steve said "our next two presenters are two young actresses who have no idea who we are.  Amanda Seyfried (Armani Prive) and Miley Cyrus (Miley was wearing a Jenny Packham gown).

Miley said "tonight celebrates the 75th year as The Original Song Writing Category.  Amanda said "among the winning writers, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Elton John, Steven Sondheim, Isaac Hayes, Barbra Streisand and Eminem."

Miley said "they didn't just win for writing a great song but for writing a great song for a motion picture to serve a specific function in the movie."   Miley fumbled her word and then looked at Amanda and said "we're both kinda nervous, this is our first time on the stage."  Amanda laughed.

Amanda said "Lets just look at how these songs were used in those movies whether sung by real people, animated people or animated real people."  Miley said "here are the nominees for Best Original Song."  She proceeded to list the songs and the films as clips were played on the screen.

The winners were Ryan Bingham and T Bone Burnett for the film "Crazy Heart."
