Karen Shelton's best business decision was the hiring of a corporate hairstylist who visits both HairBoutique.com & T&S Software the first Monday of each month to provide complimentary haircuts for all employees. Karen was quoted as saying this was the best business decision because it saves all the employees personal time and distraction. It also shows special appreciation for all of the employee's contributions to both companies.
